do cardio in the morning before you eat anything, this way your body will burn up the fat from your storage rather that from what you just ate. this means you will be burning your fat and getting slimmer. Combine this with healthy eating and in about 12 weeks you should see really good results.

"This may sound a bit silly to you at first but this actually works:

if you tie some string just around the bottom of your stomache towards your waist in a morning before you have eaten anything and your stomache is settled,(and not too tight, just so its firm and just hangs off your stomache!) eat your daily food that you would usually eat, and if the string gets too tight then you know that you have eaten more than you should eat as a daily requirement. Then you can start ruling things out that you shouldnt be eating.
Also make sure that you drink plenty of water and just eat moderately including everything like fruit, veg, meat ect."

Well, losing weight can be a tricky situation because it definetly multifactorial. Each person has their own basis for obesity. But, I think that with the right attitude (which is most important), good eating habits, and exercise, one can achieve his/her goal.

First, I would recommend drinking lots of water (approximately 64 oz. is a good amount to drink per day - that would equate to approximately 8 glasses per day) Water is a excellent means of hydrating your body and flushing out sluggish toxins within your system.

Second, I would recommend eating a diet consisting of high protein and high fiber. The fiber is very important to clear out any loose solid stool that is restricting your GI molity. The faster the food is processed and absorbed the less likely toxins exist in your GI tract. Also, fiber helps to make your body feel full because it bulks up the content of your meal. You are able to eat less and full as full. Also, consume several glasses of water while eating your meals to saturate your stomach with dead weight. High protein helps to rebuild your muscle. Also, I would really recommend eating lots of veggies and fruits (low in calories, high in fiber - very good to lose weight)

Third, Exercise is one of those things you either love or you hate. I think that everyone at some point or another hated going to the gym. But in many ways this is "fountain of youth". Many elderly people, who lead an active lifestyle have minimal health problems due to the conditioning and toning they put they body through. Now, in terms of exercise regime. I would recommend doing a 30-40 of cardio daily to help speed up your metabolism. Start up slow by walking or biking. Personally, I don't enjoy running so I power walk instead. It feels better on my knees. I would supplement that with low weight, high rep exercises which will help shape and tone your arms. Pick up a exercise mag at a local store to see some exercises.

Fifth, Each week on the program look at your accomplishments and pat yourself on the back. Be focused, but not hard on yourself.

Best of Luck Very Happy

hey ken, im not sure really how much you weigh or what your BMI is but i used to weigh over 350 pounds and i tired all kinds of diets and excersize plans. I went to many doctors and talked to alot of support groups and i found a solution that helped me lose over 150 pounds in just under 2 years. Many doctors dont me not to do it but i had seen lots of people successfully lose weight with hcg pregnyl injections. i was sceptical at first but givin time it really worked.

The use of hCG for weight loss is once again gaining momentum with the help of 7 millions sales of Kevin Trudeau’s latest book, “The Weight Loss Cure.” Dozens of new websites including hCG Diet Info and numerous sub-sites to weight clinics and weight loss practitioners are springing up almost overnight. According to the editor of the hCG Diet Info website, their traffic levels have gone from a few dozen hits a week to several thousand a day almost immediately following Kevin Trudeau’s nightly infomercials.
